Privacy notice
A short, plain-language description of how this website handles your information.
Last updated: October 2026. This notice is a starting point and should be reviewed by your legal adviser before publication.
Who we are
This website is operated by CodVed Technologies. You can reach us at hello@codved.com.
What we collect
When you use the contact or careers form, we receive the details you enter: your name, email address, optional company or profile link, your area of interest and your message. Our web server may also keep standard technical logs, such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested, for security and troubleshooting. Messages sent through our forms are handled on our behalf by Formspree (formspree.io), which delivers them to us by email.
How we use it
- To reply to your enquiry or introduction.
- To keep a record of our conversations and, for careers, to consider you for suitable roles.
- To protect the website from abuse.
We do not sell your information. We do not use it for advertising.
Cookies and tracking
This website does not set advertising or analytics cookies. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which means your browser contacts Google’s servers when a page loads.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries for as long as needed to respond and maintain a reasonable business record. Careers introductions are kept for up to 12 months unless you ask us to remove them sooner.
Your choices
You can ask us to access, correct or delete the information we hold about you by emailing hello@codved.com.
